If you are a consumer customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, simply notify us by email or post. Goods must then be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or credit note.
